Our GUARDIANSHIP

Most Schools, Colleges and Universities will be able to accommodate students during term time; however, during the half term holidays, students have to find an alternative accommodation. And in summer breaks many students will either return home or stay or travel in the UK with an alternative accommodation.
We are able to assist with any holiday accommodation/travel arrangements before the end of each team.
Exercise discretion regarding your son's or daughter's social activities and outings and sign consent forms for the school, if applicable
Select suitable family stay for your children during exeats, half term breaks and any other time when your children need to be out of school.
Maintain contact and make any necessary changes
Liaise with the school over holiday and exeat arrangements
Assist with the planning of school holidays and holiday courses
Provide holiday guardianship
Homestay in the UK
Homestay is an opportunity to stay with a local family. It allows a student to observe and to learn about English culture by participating in normal day to day activities. We visit all of the homes when they apply to become host families. We look for host families that are friendly and happy, and who are interested in meeting people from other countries. All our families are very carefully selected for the quality of their home, their background, their high level of suitability to look after your child, and their support for Eton Guardianship ethos which is a very strong element of the care we provide.
As the needs of our students differ enormously depending on their age, background and family values, we endeavour to make the ideal match between student and family to ensure that your child is safe and happy, and is able to benefit from the cultural enrichment and experience of being with a good family. After the student is placed with the family we keep in touch with the student and with the family who is hosting the student, making sure they are all happy with the service provided.
Your Homestay will:
