Guardianship

1. Eton Guardianship Service works to ensure every student client is placed in a friendly, reliable accommodations (boarding, homestay or hotel), which have received inspective visits from Eton professionals.

2. Shoplifting, taking drugs, drinking alcohol under the age of 18 years and misbehaviour will NOT be tolerated. Persistent misbehaviour may lead to the student being sent home at the parents' expense.

3. Any damage incurred by the student to home stay property will be invoiced to the student's parents.

4. Participation in the programme as outlined, including lessons, is obligatory.

5. Eton Guardianship Service has full public liability and general insurance arranged for students. However they are advised to arrange their own insurance for laptop computers and high value items.

6. Students are responsible for ensuring that their travel documents and visas (where required) are complete and up-to-date.Eton Guardianship Service will assist students with the paperwork related to visa application.

7. Where Eton Guardianship Service purchases flight or rail tickets for students, parents are asked to refund the full amount immediately by payment either to the local bank of Eton Guardianship Service or to the main account at the Barclays UK.

8. All invoices should be settled by the due date.

9. Any disputes or claims between Eton Guardianship Service , the student or their parents/guardians will be subject to British law through Central London County Court.

 

Cancellations

One term's notice of cancellation is required. If due notice is not received a cancellation charge of one term's fees will be made.
